The Black Flood - A Fantasy HoI 2

Hi,
I have been thinking of a fantasy-HoI Mod for a long time, thinking, it is possible to simulate a conflict between not-industrialized country with the mod of a game, which is build up especially to simulate industrialized civilizations ...

But nevertheless i came to the conclusion, that my idea isn'ta bad one ...
Nobody ever thought of making a real fantasy-mod, with fantastic creatures, magic, demons and so on.
The only problem, i had to think about such a mod: It has to play in our world, because it's not possible to mod the HoI2-Map ... i made up my mind about this fact and had a (in my opinion) very interesting idea?

Please help.
